active x

currently running windows 2000. i have adobe 6.0 loaded
and when running adobe i get an active x error asking me
to open or save then does nothing. this only happens when
i try to open a certain file from a certain web site, but
all other sites that i need to use adobe reader works fine.

Do you not see the error from other systems?
Maybe the file itself is problematic.
Point us to the URL and someone else might be
able to confirm.
