acknowledge incoming connections?

Is there way to configure the incoming connections of w2k professional
that if someone is dialing in the user has to acknowledge the incoming
connection? Either configuration or even additional software would be
possible.

What do you mean by acknowledge? Are you saying when a connection comes in,
the connection should be accepted only when the user on the w2k prof box
says ok?

That's exactly what I would like to have.

On the called computer a message coming up like "A remote computer is trying to establish an incoming connection. Do you want to accept this connection? YES or NO".
