Configuring RAS

I've configured RAS server in Windows 2000 Professional, but when I
wanted to connect to it using Dial-Up connection i could not log on
with any of the user name and password of the users aviable on the
server and selected in the configuration of the "Incoming Connections".
Where is the mistake? Is it something trivial?

What is the error you get when you try to conenct?

Make sure the users are granted the "dial-up" access.
