Accessories Folder on Start Menu has disappeared

My computer running Windows XP home edition keeps losing
the Accessories Folder from the Start Menu. The first
time this happened, I used System Restore to restore a
setting from last month, and it worked. I have since
installed MacAffee Virus Shield, and I have lost all my
System Restore Points. I also uninstalled Mood Logic, and
I've been having problems since then. I don't know if any
of these two events are related to the loss of the
Accessories Folder and my System Restore points.

In ref to the System Restore points. SOme programs
that 'disk clean' will remove your restore points. Also
if your system clock is moved ahead or back a day you
will lose all your resore points.
