User Profile Can't Access Accessories on Start Menu

1 of 3 users on a Windows XP Pro PC (limited account) cannot access the
Accessories folder from the Start Menu.
Anytime this 1 particular user clicks on that folder, XP generates a
explorer.exe error which then causes explorer.exe to reload. The user CAN
access the accessories folder from windows explorer but never off the start
menu itself. Any insight into fixing this problem would be most appreciated!
thx,
cil

Obviously something has become corrupt in his account but not in the
other users'.

Have you scanned for virii? have you tried to roll-back? is it possible
to create a new user account (so windows builds a new profile the first
time they log in) and migrate docs, settings, etc.. over? Hope these
starting points help out.

I'm too busy keeping virii off of my computer to worry about things

If it keeps you that busy, you're not doing it right.

Now, now, it isn't that bad.

A three-day coma should do it. You'll be right as rain.

Well, maybe it's true he thinks he has little men running round inside
his computer. With what goes on here, it wouldn't surprise me.

What about this part:
"obvioulsy there is not room enough for the both of us on the internet. my
apologies. i'm going to go commit suicide now."

Just another lie?
