Accessing webmail for Windows Mail

Does anyone know how to setup webmail for a Window's Mail account, so that
if I don't have my laptop I could check my email on another computer?

You can't. You're confusing levels! Windows Mail runs *on your laptop* and
noplace else.

It connects to some internet service provider (capturingtimevideo maybe?)
which may or may not have webmail.

In any case you're asking in the wrong place. This group is for the database
software Microsoft Access, not for Windows Mail.
