Is it possible to transfer back the email messages from Shaw that was sent to
Windows Mail and back again to Shaw webmail? If so. How?

Webmail is a mail reader, not a mail server or mail box. You won't put
the messages back on webmail, you would - if you can - put them on the
server's mailbox.

I'm guessing that you set up POP access to your Shaw mail, and it downloaded
the mail and deleted it from the server. This is the default behaviour for
POP mail clients. To change this, in the Advanced settings for the mail
account, select "Leave a copy of messages on the server".

You can possibly put the mail back, *if* your ISP provides IMAP access.
However, not all mail clients will work for the process. Basically, you
would copy your downloaded inbox contents to a new offline folder that you
can access from a new mail profile. Set up the mail client for your mail
server, using IMAP, not POP. Then, attach the offline folder and copy its
contents to the IMAP inbox. This may take some time to finish, partly
because IMAP can be rather slow.

Once that's done, you can go back to the POP profile, first ensuring that
"leave messages on the server" is selected. Also, note that the messages
you just put back will likely be downloaded again, so you might want to move
the inbox contents to a temporary folder.

Since your provider (Shaw) doesn't support the IMAP protocol, the short
answer is no. If there aren't too many messages, you can 'reply' or 'forward'
them back to yourself, one at a time.
