Hello.
We are using Outlook 2002 (OfficeXP) in the office. Can someone clarify
granting other user's access to one's Calendar folder? I believe that on the
computer that is logged in to the account whose mailbox's Calendar folder we
want to access, I need to go to the Permissions of the Calendar and grant a
particular user the permissions. But when I go on the other user's PC I have
to do the File>Open>Other User's Folders in order to access the folder. How
can I make the Mailbox>Calendar available via the Folder View without
granting the users access to the entire Mailbox? Thank you.
