more than one folder of calendar type in user's mailbox

Hello,

I have a user who has two calendar folders directly in his mailbox root
folder (exchange mailbox). He designated his coleague to be able to access
both the folders, but the coleague cannot open the second calendar folder
from his outlook -> open -> other user's folder.

When you try to open -> other user's folder, there is option to open folder
of specified type, but when the user opens "calendar" type of the coleague's
folder, only the default calendar appears.

The user (user 1) who has the 2 calendars needs to add the other user (user
2) as a Reviewer in the Properties on the root of the mailbox and then user
2 has to add user 1 mailbox to their profile, post your Outlook version if
you are not sure how to do they above.

thanks for your answer, but it is not what I wanted.

The reviewer has already been spefied for both calendar folders and also for
the mailbox root. But also now, when I open other user's folder of calendar
type outlook opens automatically only the default calendar. It shows no
option or choice of the calendar folder to open.

now, I understood your hint. You meant the user needs to add the whole
mailbox to his profile. You mean this is the only method?

Yes, sorry I was unclear earlier, Open Other Folders is only for certain
default folders (basically what you see in the Delegate Tab under Options)
for all other folders you need to go the route I posted earlier.
