How do I access a user's subfolder I have permission to edit?

I have permission to edit another user's subfolder, so how do I access this
without adding their mailbox to my folder tree? I'd like to be able to go
into it via File-Open-Other user's folder, but I only get the option to see
the generic folders (calendar, inbox, tasks, contacts, etc). I already have
3 mailboxes in my folder tree and access to a load of public folders, so
would prefer not to add any more!!!

You can have the other user send you a shortcut to the folder. The shortcut
can be created by right-click dragging the folder from the folder list to
the desktop or some other place in Windows Explorer. When the menu pops up
at the end of the drag select Copy, and a shortcut file will be created,
which can then be emailed to you.
