Permissions on Subfolders

I have been given Read access to a folder called Budget in someone else's
Mailbox. Budget is a subfolder within the other person's Inbox. How can I
open the Budget folder?

I tried File > Open Other User's Folder but it only gives me the option of
opening their Inbox (no subfolders). If I try to select Inbox, it displays
an error message "Unable to display the folder. The Inbox folder could not
be found."

I also added their Mailbox to my Folder List but when I try to open it, I
get the error message "Unable to Expand the Folder".

Any suggestions would be much appreciated:)

The other person must add the "Folder visible" permission to the root of the
mailbox for you to expand it.
