access security login does not appear

Hi, I am having trouble accessing one of my secure databases in access. I
have secured it with a password but now whenever I attempt to access this
database the password prompt does not show up and it automatically goes to
the error message saying I do not have the correct permissions to access the
file, please see your administrator ..... I am the administrator. Can
anybody help me with this problem?

You need to open the file using a shortcut which references the WIF
(*.mdw). Either that or manually switch to the WIF you created during the
securing process.
