Access password

I'm trying to connect to my PC from another PC in my
office (we have LAN) but my PC is always not available,
all the time my PC ask password to access to the PC.
Why? Witch password I've to put?

From my PC I can connect to other PC but not reverse.

Assuming Win2K OS :
Sounds like you're PC is not shared on the domain.
The password that is being asked is the local PC admin
password from your PC. hth

ok, now no password needs but compare always this
message:Impossible approaches to \\Diego. Allowed of
access the denied resource. How to resolve this problem?
