accesing admin files

S

squeek

I have been told to reload windows onto my laptop. In
doing this it would delete all the windows files and
re-install them. This would keep all my files I had saved
on my hard disk. I have done this but my previous user
account was password protected. Now when I try and open
the folder containing my previous files an error message
come up saying that access is denied!! I am logged on as
the administrator so I have full control.

Is there any way I can get this folder unlocked and
access my files!!

I am in desperate need for these files and would be
obliged if anyone has help to send me an e-mail
([email protected])

thanks

You simply need to take ownership of those folders and files.
You can also copy all of the previous users programs and settings to the new
user profile.
