Hello.
In this week it is the rainy spell in summer.
I like the rain but not the rainy spell.
Do you help me?

I was testing the xpe image on the via board.
I included the media player 6.4 in the my embedded xp.
I heard Music Sound(MP3 files) through the Media player 6.4
Background music is good, but Singer's voice is small and bad.
Voice and Noise mixed. So I didn't understand the words.

I was doubtful below three things.
1. I used ntfs format and I compress C drive.
So I uncompressed Windows Player 6.4 folers and MP3 files.
But it's same.
2. I Included Media Player 6.4 instead of Media Player 8.0.
3. I didn't selected valid Audio driver.

If you are possible, I hope that you help me.
Thank you for your help in advance .

Regards
shkim

You may be missing part of your audio stack or your audio
adaptor is not installed correctly.

You can try to add the following Technology Macros to
your SLX image to rebuild the audio stack:

Kernel Audio Support
Legacy and Plug and Play Audio Support

Then check to see if any new components are added to your
configuration during the next dependency check. If so,
then you most likely were missing something. If nothing
is added, then I would check the FBAlog.txt in the image
you made to see if there are any errors during the audio
card installation.

Thank you, David.
When I made a macro component from devices.pmq, I deleted the things
that I've thought unnecessary.
I used this component repeatly as I was not aware that sound was
wrong.
After I include two components that you told me, sound is good.
Kernel Audio Support
Legacy and Plug and Play Audio Support
I will make macro component again.
And when I send newsgroup a letter, I will be careful not to send same
letter.
