Hi,

My printer was working and then stopped printing variable text. It prints
graphic and hardcoded words, but no variables. I deleted and reinstalled
successfully. Ink seems fine. Any thoughts? On test page, the only thing that
printed was the 4 color Windows flag.

"Ink seems fine"? You sure your black cartridge is not empty?
That's what the symptoms indicate. Many printers will not print
properly when the black cartridges get below the 20% level.
