Printer Will Only Print in Black

I have an Empson Stylus C82 that will only print in black. I have checked the
printer profile, and it states that it is printing in color. I've checked the
ink cartridges, and all are full. When I print a test page however, all that
prints is the black text, no colors. PLEASE HELP! Thanks

Are these genuine Epson cartridges? Have you left the printer a while since
it printed in color, if so the head is probably clogged, a cleaning and
maintenance cycle may help clean up.
