If you go to google and type in google pack you can download a free version of norton anti virus which gives free updates for 6 months, it may help to resolve the problem. If not post back here later.

Try installing "Quich Heal" antivirus trial virsion which u can download from quickheal.com.

This shouldl definately solve ur problem.
