A Nasty Trojan

OK a friend seems to have his laptop infected with various Trojans & is having difficulty removing them! I have suggested running malwarebytes on it to remove it?
If this does not remove it any suggestions??

Their AV/Firewall is AVG full version which cant seem to shift it!

What would people view to be the best package of anti virus, firewall & internet security to run once it's clean?
Then next week i can sort the laptop out for them with decent protection.

Restore/reinstall.

Not by email because my friends pc is a tad slow for some reason!!!:lol:
 
seems it's all cleared now, but have advised them on better protection, cheers for advice.:thumb:
