64 bit confusion

Trying to install W7 64bit onto my PC, but keep getting error saying CPU is not 64 bit.
Yet this is what Specy has to say

yes, it is a 64bit processor, however, it's one you'll probably need the "driver" installed first. Yes, catch 22. :)

Check the BIOS of the MB. ;)
