My Machine 64-bit?

How can I tell if my machine is 64-bit? Put it another way, how can I
tell if the mobo/cpu should take a 64-bit install of W7?

Thanks

The easiest answer is to check with whoever sold you the system. The
more complicated answer is to check each component in the system for
64-bit compatibility and drivers.

In practice nearly all CPUs sold in the last few years are 64-bit
compatible, so it's usually just a matter of motherboard support, and
peripherals.

The processor is a AMD Phenom 9950 quad core.
That say anything?
