6.0 WINDOW SIZE IN XP

When I open a site in IE 6.0 with XP, the actual web page
is smaller then the screen size...there will be blank
areas on one or both side of the screen. The site page is
normal, but does not fill the screen...I've tried all the
options offered on the tool bar and the obvious stuff
(min/max etc.) and nothing works.

Modify the registry key HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Main\FullScreen REG_SZ to
"yes".
