550 relaying email error, can't send messages

With outlook 2002 I get this message when I try to send a
message on my desktop. My same email settings work fine
with the laptop.
Please help.
 
Try setting up authentication to your outgoing server. On the mail account,
click "More Settings...", then go to the "Outgoing Server" tab.
