550 relay not permitted

When a message from Outlook 2007 is returned or forwarded the 550 relay not
permitted error comes up.

Can anyone assist please
 
Thought I should mention the PC is running on Windows XP with Office 2007 and
is on a simple Peer to Peer network with 3 other computers running Windows XP
and Office XP - no server or mail server.
 
find out where your mailrelay server is ... maybe you're using some public isp?
 
I so appreciate your input. The problem occurs when mail is sent from the
e-mail addresses hosted by the web designer. So we have passed this error on
to him to sort out. Thanks so much again.
