Outlook 2002 Outbound email error 550

I just seitched to Roadrunner and can not get my Outlook 2002 email to send
outbound messages. I get the following error: 550 5.7.1 Relaying denied.
Roadrunner is no help and I have tried everything. Anyone else have
experience with this error?

Your mail address isn't a Road Runner address or you're trying to use an
SMTP server that is not in Road Runner's domain. Road Runner should have
instructons in its support pages for how you configure Outlook properly.

Brian thanks. Unfortunately Roadrunner referred me to Microsoft as they have
no idea why I'm unable to send outbound. I have followed the instructions
and still get the same results??

Without yuo stating what your current settings are, no one can tell you how
to fix them.
