hi all,

i have a major problem, a few weeks ago i had to install windows xp again on
my HD, i did something wrong en now i have 2 partitions (c: and d:) and on
both partitions is windows installed,..i want to remove one of them, but then
i have to make sure that the windows i remove must be the one that isn't in
use at all,...my question is: how can i see what windows on which partition
is running on my pc

It would be much cleaner to just reinstall XP.
To enter BIOS, right at Startup hit F1, F2, or Enter; boot Order should be F12
Check at bottom of startup Screen.

In your BIOS, or boot Order, set your CD/DVD Drive to be 1st in the Boot
Order, insert XP disk, reboot, follow instructions to load files, Delete BOTH
existing XP Partitons, select the size of your new partition, format, install
XP.
