2nd Hard Drive

I have insstalled and itialized a second hard drive - I
can see it to initailize it but windows doesn't recongize
it in My Computer- so it is unusable - any suggestion?

Michael,

Have you created a partition on it and formatted it ?
Do these through the disk management part of Computer Management tool (from
the Administrative Tools group in Control Panel)

Hallo Michael,
did you have your second hard drive correctly installed (master/slave)? Can
your bios find your second hard drive? If all stuffs are correct, than you
need to format your hard drive.

Windows cannot "see" it unless the hard disk has been first formatted. If
you *have* formatted the hard disk, and Windows still cannot recognize it,
please do another posting and explain what steps you have taken to date, and
we'll try again.
