Hi there,
I am trying to play an older game on my newer pc and I am having some
difficulty. The game has an autorun feature and when the disc is inserted
into the drive I am receiving a message with the title "16 bit Windows
Subsystem" I have also tried installing the game manually but I keep getting
the same message. It reads;

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT The system file is not suitable for running
MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the
application.

I have two choices either Close or Ignore doesn't matter which one I press
nothing happens afterwards. Please can someone help me out? My personal
e-mail address is (e-mail address removed) Thank you so much

Hi

Copy/paste a fresh copy of that file from the windows\repair folder into the
windows\system32 folder.
