16 bit Windows Subsystem

Whenever I put a cd in I get the following message:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32|AUTOEXEC.NT.The system file is not suitable for running
MS_DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the
application.
When I choose close it ends the program, and if I choose ignore it does
absolutely nothing. How can I get my CD's to work. This is for all CD's,
programs, music, games, etc.

A trojan has damaged the file. Copy the reserve version from
windows\repair into windows\system32

Thank you Alex, but I am still fairly computer illiterate. Can you be more
specific as to how to go about doing this. And am I going to end up losing
everything I have on the computer at this time. Is this like a reformat? or
is it much simpler?
