16 bit Windows-subsystem

I try to open a bookshelf - wordbook, but I get this errow info:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. Systemfile are not suitable to run MS-DOS
and Microsoft Windows program.

It used to work, but somebodyelse have used my computer end now it do not
work.
 
Start>Run and type it this without the quotes:
"cmd /c copy /y %windir%\repair\autoexec.nt %windir%\system32"
