100% cpu usage

I don't appear to have any viruses yet task manager
indicates that my CPU usage is at a constant 100% and I
am assuming that is why my system is running so slow in
every program. I am on XP with a P4.
Any ideas?

sorry dude but after getting a certain update from

windows, it screws it up and fixes it so CPU usage is
constantly 100%. One time mine went down to zero. When
that happened i knew something was wrong!HAHA!
