Help!

My media player (WINDOWS) began to skip.

I decided a full clean of my system was needed.

I accidently uninstalled my realtec sound card plus drivers, so i
downloaded another, since then in task manager cpu usage is constantly
at 100, making anthing extreely slow to respond, it stays at 100 even
when nothing is running.

i have started n safe mode and ran antivirus/spy with no sucess.

At this point i am clueless..........

Any ideas?

the letter S.
