XP boxes downloading TIF files

Colin

I'm having a problem w/ multiple Windows XP boxes downloading TIF
files from a Windows 2000 FTP server using IE6. When the user goes to
open the file, Microsoft Office Document Imaging opens up and the
following error appears:

"Unable to open file c:\Documents and Settings\username\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet File\Content.IE5\OPY3WLQZ\COMP Batch
12[1].tif". Check file name and permissions"

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue??

Thanks
