Windows Mail asking for username /password

had same problem correction sounds funny but it worked for me after 3 days
trying to get answer open internet explorer go to my accounts click on it
sign in then go change password change your passwod [but remember it] then
go back and go to change password again and type in your real one then try
windows mail to open it it should work if all your isp addresses areright

Andy. I will assume that you meant to say, "go to your ISP's web mail page and then click on 'my account'" since Internet Explorer as such does not have an account. Yes it is strange that your fix worked with your Windows Mail since Mail and Internet Explorer are two totally different programs and your ISP controls which mail passwords it accepts by user accounts on its mail servers, not it's Internet hosting.

Hi everyone!
Can someone please tell me how my emails are disappearing? For 3 days
now I shut down and my mail in my inbox disappears! No where to be found.
The mail doesn't go into the deleted. Can it be a virus?
