Where are the downloads going?

Does anyone know when a file is currently being downloaded using the
file download in IE, the filename where I saved it does not appear in
the directory/folder until the download is completed.

Does anyone know the directory/folder where any files currently beding
downloaded are saved while downloading in progress?

Does anyone know the directory/folder where any files currently beding
downloaded are saved while downloading in progress?

Files are downloaded to the Temporary Internet Files Folder and then moved
to the target destination when the download is complete.
