W2K SP4 install "Ordinal not found"

Has anyone com across this message after installing SP4

USERINIT.EXE Ordinal not found
"Ordinal 175 could not be located in the dynamic link
library-USERENV.DLL

OK

It hold up the reboot at the end of the install. It
doesn't appear to have any affect, but just not sure. I
would appreciate if anyone has insight to this.
