I tried to uppgrade Windows 200 SP2 til SP4.
Following message:
The ordinal 175 could not be located in dynamic link
library USERENV.DLL.
Somebody who can help me ?

Hello Knut,

I researched the issue and one possibility is that the Service Pack file
was corrupted during download. Have you tried to downloading the Service
Pack again? If that doesn't help try disabling you Anti-Virus software
just long enough to install the Service Pack, I have seen issue where that
can cause problems.
