Error after SP4 Install

After installing Win 2000 service pack 4 from WIndows
Update, I get an error message that reads:

userinit.exe

The Ordinal 175 could not be located in the dynamic link
library userenv.dll.

How do I fix this?

I ran in to this problem this morning and I just found a
solution. After applying SP4 and receiving the ordinal
175 error, go into Safe Mode (if you aren't there yet) and
if you don't get the desktop choices just a blank screen,
use Crtl,Alt, Del to get to the task manager. Start a new
task and enter "explorer" without the quotes and that will
get you to a desktop. You can then remove SP4. And then
try reloading SP4.
