Ordinal 175 - Latest SP4 Update 'GOTCHA'

W2K Server running SQL.
Shutdown SQL prior to downloading and installing SP4
upgrade.
Upgrade and install carried out ok, but on restart of the
Win2K server after Admin login attempt error wondow
appears:

"Ordinal 175 could not be located in the dynamic link
library USERENV.dll"

Never seen this before...can anyone offer any
ideas...Knowledgebase has nothing.........how's that for a
Microsoft 'GOTCHA'.

I ended up replacing the user32.dll, userenv.dll and
userinit.exe. I checked these files out on a different
server and they were all dated 6-19-03. The user32.dll and
userenv.dll were dated 11-1-02 on the problem server.
After replacing them I was able to login normally.
