The message could not be deleted

I have similar problem in my out box. the message has got stuck and cannot
be
deleted. It has blocked all other mails in the out box and I cannot even
send
any message.

Whenever I tried to send or delete it , it says unknown error has occured
and message canot be sent or similarly deleted

Please help me

A fix as been released by M$ to resolve the problem of undeletable mails:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista"

It works for all folders, not just the Outbox.

Although that article only mentions Outbox, it works for all mail folders.
