Securtiy Agent Problem

Curtis

When I go to realtime protection, and click on either
internet agents, system agents, or application agents, it
says taht the status is inactive, and below that it says
0 of 1 checkpoint currently monitered. I just installed
Norton Systemworks 2005 so that may be the problem. How
do you get it to say 1 of 1 checkpoints currently
monitered? (So its actually protecting my computer... by
the way, none of the little boxes pop up in the bottom
right hand corner anymore).

Give this a try:
You can repair Windows AntiSpyware using Add or Remove Programs in Control
Panel. Click Microsoft AntiSpyware and click Change. Click Next, and then
click Update.

I think there's some issue with MSAS and Norton
Systemworks product. just uninstall it and wait for the
next version.

I believe that if you check, you may also find you are missing the system
explorers, under Advanced Tools.

Try this fix:
--------------------------------------------------------
We believe we have a workaround which is better than installing the VB6 SP.
Can we have users who experience this problem try the following:

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware

Please let me know if this is working.
