scroll bar problem

Just installed the latest security patch for ie yesterday
and now my up/down scrollbar on scrolls over 1 page's
worth when clicking in the scroll bar area directly above
the down arrow. Anybody else have this problem?

Yes. a lot of people have this bug, apparently from Q824145.

Yes. I just patched up my XP machine and my 98SE machine
and I am noticing the same problem on both.
