Scroll Bar

Since the last security update, my scroll bar is not
working properly in IE 6.0 or outlook express. When I
scroll down from right next to the scroll button, it
scrolls properly, but when I am not right next to the
button, it scrolls down two pages. What is wrong?

Yep, the patch is causing your problem. If it bothers you
enough, you should uninstall it, but remember that will
expose you to potential security problems. You can get the
