rtcdll.dll causing MSGer problems

Hi there. I seem to be having a problem with the stated
file in the subject header. It's called rtcdll.dll and
it's causing some errors in both my Windows/MSN msgers
and AOL Instant msger. I get the following info by
clicking on "click here for more info":

AppName: aim.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName:
rtcdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1351 Offset: 0000a45f

It also does this for Windows or MSN messenger I believe.
Any solutions to this problem? Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks.

Same problem here... VERY annoying can't figure out why the proble
occurs:
