rtcdll.dll win messenger

why does MESSENGER (NOT MSN MESSENGER) showing up a
message of "Messenger his encountered a problem and needs
to close". Any solutions? I have downloaded Windows
messenger (new version on Windows XP home System) but it
still shows the message box and says there is a problem
with module RTCDLL.DLL.

Here is exactly what the Windows Messenger dialog box
says"

I have run spbotk ad-aware, and norton antivirus and all
is clean., this computr is running windows xp home with
4 users.

These websites do not apply to my problem. All I need is
a way to get windows messenger to stop having a problem.
I assume I need to down load the rctdll.dll and put it
somewhere in its way. It seems there are a few others
with this problem. Is this a bug that needs to be fixed?
