Remote Desktop Blocked

When I click on "Invite someone to help you" in the Remote Assistance, I
get:

Your current system settings prevent you from sending an invitation.

I've been messing around with stuff and I am not sure where I blocked it. I
tried turning off the Firewall, but that didn't work.

Thanks in advance!

Right Click "My Computer", take Properties, Remote (TAB) - tic
the option box that reads "All Remote Assistance invitations...."

Go to Control Panel and double click System.
In System Properties, click on the Remote tab.
On the Remote tab, make sure the box next to "Allow remote
assistance invitations to be sent from this computer" is
checked.
Click OK.

Good luck

Additionally, if you're using a 3rd party firewall, port 3389 and port 123
must be opened. If you're behind a hardware router with a built-in
firewall, you may need to open those ports in the router and forward them to
the destination machine.
