Remote assistance - error

I am trying to use Remote assistance to send an invitation but when I click
on "Invite someone to help you" - I get error "Your current system settings
prevent you from sending an invitation"?

Anyone have any ideas to help? My Coworker can use it so I don't think it
is a firewall?

Hi,

Start/Right click on My Computer and select Properties. Select the Remote
tab... Under Remote Assistance make sure "Allow Remote Assistance
invitations to be sent from this computer" is selected. Click Apply, OK.
