problems with windows

hey i'm having problems with my computer.Every second time i go to use anything to do with windows ie; a folder or search or control panel i get a window that says Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.if youwere in the middle of something,the information you were working on might be lost.Please tell Microsoft about this problem.we have created an error that you can send to help us improve windows explorer. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous.to see what data this error report contains,click here.any one know what might be happening here.

this can be a bug on some systems,due to many single
internet explorer patches. back up your data now before it
gets worse........a way to tell if it is this problem is
too make a new administrator account and see if it crashes
worse........otherwise a reinstall is for you. and the
multiple ie patches as one should not cause the problem to
happen any time soon. if you have quicktime,on install
,uncheck 'tiff' files . amazingly you will not find a
answer for microsoft for this problem. even though it is a
known bugger. (and will be denied)......
