I've been noticing some problems with my Windows XP
recently, it doesn't seem to be running as smoothly as it
should.
Problems:
1. System Restore function does not always work. More
often than not, I get a message saying "Restoration
Incomplete".
2. Sometimes when I start or restart my computer, it
freezes for a couple of minutes.
3. When I set my desktop background with files from my
picture folder I get a prompt saying:
Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of something, the information
you were working on might be lost.
Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
We have created an error report that you can send to help
us improve Windows Explorer. We will treat this report as
confidential and anonymous.
And it asks me to send an error report.
Can someone help me? Any input will be greatly
appreciated.
