problem of updating

Hi.

Got a warning while trying to update my antispyware sw.
It says Updates have failed. Autoupdater could not detect the Internet
Connection.
However I am sure that my Internet connection is working fine.
What's the problem? How can I fix it?

I also cannot update. I am sure it is a problem as a result of yesterdays
update. I've tried removing MSAS and reinstalling but that has not cured the
problem.

Not sure what can be done about this unless Microsoft release an updated
version of MSAS,

I, like many others, have the same problem. Microsoft know about it, I
believe it is their server and/or a combination of Internet Explorer and
Firewall. They should have it fixed by Monday.
